subway station commerce plaza great service
the hotel is close to the subway station. commerce plaza and streetcar 28 are also nearby. the place was modern and clean. the service and breakfast were both great.
there was no heating in my room. the air conditioning unit was not working either.

this hotel is right in the city center! most attractions are easily accessible by foot. it is in a nice flat street. this made travel with luggage very easy.

The reception offered great service. the staff were always helpful and attentive! they were also cordial and smiling. i received a welcome drink on arrival. It was most welcome.

the location was good the staff were helpful
my room was very small it felt cramped and not at all relaxing i noticed the bathroom had a slight mildew smell which was unpleasant and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak it made showering less enjoyable

convenient location fresh towels good shower bad eggs strange smell credit card
the location was very convenient. daily room service provided fresh towels, i saw that the bathroom size was good, including a nice shower. the bed felt comfortable.
i noticed the breakfast wasn't that good. scrambled eggs seemed like a soup, as they had milk added to prevent dryness. every room was super clean but smelly. the receptionist asked me to leave my credit card as a deposit in case i broke something. i refused, finding it odd.
